The formal groundbreaking for this award-winning condominium community took place in April of 2015. 170 lofts and finished condos will be added to the Downtown Phoenix Roosevelt Historic and Art District when completed. The development is designed with generous community amenities including a resort-like pool on the ground level. An open-air gathering spot on top of the 14-story tower will give unobstructed views of the Japanese Friendship Gardens.
