Jose Burciaga

Meet Jose Burciaga, Tekline’s Safety Manager. Starting his career with Tekline as an electrician, Jose spent six years in the field before transitioning into his current role in safety management. As Tekline’s Safety Manager, he holds 11 OSHA safety certificates, earning the Certified Safety & Health Official (CSHO) title. Jose is dedicated to upholding OSHA policies, administering project safety programs, conducting safety training, and coordinating with management and customer agencies to meet all safety requirements. He also manages the safety program budget and supports HR functions to create a safe and supportive environment for employees. Outside of work, Jose enjoys training in jiu-jitsu, tattooing, painting, drawing, and reading "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill. He starts his days at 2 am, works out every morning, and finds solace in cooking and listening to classical music. Above all, he loves spending time with his children and is passionate about his role at Tekline, striving to become the company's biggest asset.
