We provide an up-to-date line-item cost estimate with line-item breakdowns of optional items. We introduce value engineering assistance, providing line-item cost breakdowns of potential savings. We complete a detailed review of the design documents ensuring GMP protection and project schedule adherence. We analyze conflicts with other trades to avoid interference between architectural, structural, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. We complete a detailed review of all special systems requirements, lighting designs and cost, and distribution of all power systems. We develop an annual energy consumption analysis and a summary of electricity usage.
