The Hub II at Tucson is a luxury 7 story, 160,000 sf cast in place concrete podium and wood frame housing project adjacent to the main gate at the University of Arizona. There are 113 residential units/310 beds a rooftop pool and an above grade parking garage. The project architect was Antunovich Associates. The project broke ground in April of 2015 and will be completed in July of 2016.
