Proxy 333 is a 118-unit mid-rise apartment with live-work units and currently is under construction. The five-story multi-façade building will feature 10 ground floor live-work apartments and 108 conventional units for lease.

The building features a recreation facility, podium courtyard, wet deck and pool, bike storage and rooftop lounge area atop its five stories. Designed by Seattle-based Studio Meng Strazzara, the apartment divides into five separate street-facing façades, giving an illusion of multiple buildings.
